"This experimental body of work is inspired by the ghost-like images left behind when I seal the patina of my copper wire sculptures with spray enamel. I'm using the actual woven metal cloth as a stencil to capture the loose intricacies of my original 3-D work. Textured spray paint creates depth and color giving the work the feeling of the natural world we live in. I'm excited to see my metal work spill over into astonishingly new and unexpected territory."
